Well, you want to know more about me?

No Such Thing as Normal was a brain child of mine ever since I started reading webcomics a couple of years ago. I had just gotten a T3 connection as I entered college (that makes me twenty now : ) ) and knew I wanted to do a webcomic. Of course, this wouldn't be just any webcomic.

No Such Thing incorporates many things I feel strongly about in one nicely wrapped package. It embraces issues such as religion, homosexuality, ESP, and other controversial topics. The characters also address the idea that there are still races around us and people around us we can never explain with science, and they challenge popular beliefs. Noble is found to have shape-changing abilities early on and when asked why it didn't both him to make his body female to go undercover, he simply says the soul is genderless. The myth behind the story shows a supreme being that is a Goddess, simply known as Mother Nature. Characters that will be later introduced are actually races almost died out that aren't human, but adapted to appearing to be one for their own survival. Many characters have some sort of ESP or psionic ability, and homosexuality is accepted by the characters as normal as heterosexuality, not discriminating between types of love.

You want to help me?!

There are several ways to help No Such Thing as Normal. First of all, and most obviously, tell other people about this comic and if you honesty recommend it, tell them. :) The more people that visit, the better. I'll never have the status of a site like MegaTokyo, but I can try to reach as many people as I can.

You are under absolutely no obligation to donate money to me, but if you would like to you may use the PayPal link below. Any and all proceeds will go towards getting me a scanner, preferrably one larger than the notebook I draw NSTaN in, instead of me having to use my roomate's and run back and forth between rooms. This will also ensure that if I ever move out of my current home, I will be able to continue NSTaN.

Will I ever have merchandi$e?

In the future I would love to sell some merchandise off of Cafe Press, a very nice and reliable company that sells printed shirts, sweaters, hats, etc. off the internet. If I do so, I will make only a couple bucks off each item, max. I would most likely start with shirts much like the one I made here at home saying "Pro Love" down one side of the back and down the middle "All Love is Blind/ Don't Discriminate" and then having the symbols for all three sorts of couples: gay, lesbian, and straight. I will hopefully also have some posters and shirts that have cute pictures without huge words adveritising for the site.

E-mail me to let me know what you think about the idea of merchandise at lmkuzmak@unity.ncsu.edu
